Joint ventures

Joint ven­tures are busi­ness rela­tion­ships in which two or more busi­ness­es come togeth­er to cre­ate a new busi­ness or pur­sue a spe­cif­ic project or oppor­tu­ni­ty. Joint ven­tures may involve the shar­ing of resources, exper­tise, and risk, and they may be struc­tured in a vari­ety of ways.
