ISO 44001 inter­na­tion­al stan­dard that sets out require­ments for effec­tive devel­op­ment and man­age­ment of col­lab­o­ra­tive busi­ness rela­tion­ships (part­ner­ships) with­in and between orga­ni­za­tions. It can apply to var­i­ous lev­els from indi­vid­ual projects to orga­ni­za­tion-wide ini­tia­tives. The stan­dard pro­vides guid­ance on iden­ti­fy­ing col­lab­o­ra­tive part­ner­ships and enhanc­ing their val­ue through process­es such as knowl­edge shar­ing, assess­ment, selec­tion, col­lab­o­ra­tion, val­ue cre­ation, and exit strategies.
