Consortium

Con­sor­tium is an asso­ci­a­tion of two or more indi­vid­u­als, com­pa­nies, orga­ni­za­tions or gov­ern­ments (or any com­bi­na­tion of these enti­ties) with the objec­tive of par­tic­i­pat­ing in a com­mon activ­i­ty or pool­ing their resources for achiev­ing a com­mon goal.
